Rules for Accepting Print Files
To submit files for printing, please use FTP provided on the Contact page or WeTransfer.
We accept the following file formats for printing: PDF, TIF, JPG, CDR, compressed RAR, ZIP.
Accepted File Formats for Printing:
PDF:
- All fonts should be converted to outlines.
- Saved in CMYK color mode.
- Bleed of 3 mm on all sides.
- Resolution of 300 DPI.
TIF:
- Bleed of 3 mm on all sides.
- Resolution of 300 DPI.
- Saved in CMYK color mode.
- No layers - flatten the file.
- Text and important graphic elements should be at least 3 mm away from the trim and fold lines (6 mm for folders and catalogs).
JPG:
- Bleed of 3 mm on all sides.
- Resolution of 300 DPI.
- Saved in CMYK color mode.
- Text and important graphic elements should be at least 3 mm away from the trim and fold lines (6 mm for folders and catalogs).
- The project should be saved without crop marks.
CDR - Corel Draw Files (Version 13):
- Fonts should be converted to outlines.
- Embedded bitmap images should have the appropriate parameters (1:1 scale, 300 DPI, CMYK).
- If there are bitmap images in the artwork, they should be appropriately saved at a 1:1 scale.
- Resolution of 300 DPI.
- Color mode in CMYK.
